Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to bookings made with Surfing in Taghazout, Taghazout, Morocco (contact@surfingintaghazout.com). By paying a deposit you accept them.

Booking

A request on our website or on WhatsApp is not a booking. We first confirm availability. Your booking is confirmed when we receive your deposit and send you the booking confirmation by email.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in euros (€) and include what is described in your package.
• Deposit: about 20% of the total price, paid by bank transfer within 3 days of the deposit request. If it is not paid in time, the dates may be released.
• The balance of the stay is paid on arrival at the camp, in cash (euros or dirhams) or by card.
• Activities are priced per person. Activities and airport transfers are paid on the day unless already paid.

Changes

You can change your dates once, subject to availability. You can also ask to change your package; we do our best to accept, depending on availability. Price differences are added or refunded.

Cancellation by you

• The deposit is non-refundable.
• Instead of cancelling, you can move your stay to new dates once, subject to availability.
• As the balance is paid on arrival, nothing more is due if you cancel before your arrival.
• No-show or early departure: no refund of the stay.

Please cancel in writing (email or WhatsApp). We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Cancellation by us

If we have to cancel your stay, we offer new dates or refund all payments made. We are not responsible for flights or other costs you booked separately.

Surfing and activities

• Surfing and activities depend on the ocean and the weather. If conditions are unsafe, we change the plan or offer an alternative. This is not a reason for a refund.
• You must tell us about any health condition that could affect your safety, and follow the instructions of our instructors and guides.
• You take part at your own risk. Travel insurance covering surfing and adventure activities is recommended.

Airport transfers

Please send your flight number and times at least 48 hours before arrival. If your flight is delayed, our driver waits as long as reasonably possible. Extra waiting or a new trip caused by a missed flight may be charged.

At the camp

Please respect the house rules, the staff, other guests and the local community. We may end the stay of a guest whose behaviour is dangerous or seriously disrespectful, without refund.

Liability

We are responsible for the services in your booking. We are not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings, or for events outside our control (weather, strikes, flight cancellations, natural events).

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. If there is a disagreement, please contact us first: we will find a solution together.
